有休いただきました。
掃除洗濯して病院へ。CTスキャンとエコー、胃カメラなど。安定剤使ったので苦痛なし。
お昼は髙七で天丼。帰宅してまだぼんやりしているので昼寝。
夕方起きてテキスト書き写して晩ごはん食べて録画消化して撃沈。
ずーっと寝てた。
I took paid leave.
I cleaned and did the laundry, and went to the hospital. I got a CT scan, ultrasound, and gastroscopy. I used a tranquilizer, so I didn’t feel any pain.
After for lunch , I had Tendon at Takashichi. I got home, I was still feeling groggy, so I took a nap.
I woke up in the evening, I copied some English text, had dinner, watched some recorded TV, and fell asleep.
I slept the whole time.
